Challenge Day 7 - Your Favorite Animals

Prior to this question I've never even thought about what my favorite animal might be...I think these are the most interesting.

I took this photo of a seahorse at a local aquarium - isn't he cute? I love that Sting Rays always wear a smile.

I have a weird affinity for birds, I've always heard Blue Jays were lucky.

Challenge Day 6 - Anything Hello Kitty

This was a gift from a sweet friend when I was in the eighth grade. She is an Angel Hello Kitty coin bank.

Proof that I use her! See all those coins sticking out...it's time for me to roll some money! I love her little wings on the back.

Challenge Day 4 - Favorite Foundation

I've been using Korres Wild Rose Foundation for almost 2 years. One of the beauty gurus suggested it as an alternative to a much more expensive Chanel Foundation. At the time I was using MAC and noticed that it was oxidizing on my face giving me an unflattering washed out appearance. I had acne when I was younger and I used heavy duty full coverage foundation...something I find very uncomfortable. My requirements for foundation: 1. lightweight, light to medium coverage 2. good color match obviously 3. staying power, especially on my tzone I went completely off the reviews for this foundation because Sephora didn't sell it in stores. I purchased it online and guessed that I was probably a Shade 1 (there aren't many colors to choose from). I LOVE IT! It covers all the redness, keeps my skin even all day and it doesn't look like I'm covered in a layer of foundation. The Korres brand earned the Natural Beauty seal for using formulas without harmful chemicals, I own several things from the company but this is my favorite product that I've tried.

Challenge Day 3 - Favorite Makeup Brush

I own the Sigma Brush Face and Eye set and I love it. I've been using it for almost 2 years and they hold up quite well. I use an antibacterial spray on them and wash them (not as much as I should) with Johnsons baby shampoo. If i had to pick a favorite it would be the SS224 - a fluffy dome shaped eye shadow brush. Most mornings I use this brush to sweep shadow over the whole lid into the crease and to apply a highlight just under the brow. My whole eye look using one brush...yes please.

I love Almond Milk but they were out of original and I had a coupon so I went for the chocolate. Yum! This will definitely go on my shopping list again - it tastes better than regular chocolate milk.
